Growing up in the Bay Area, Kiwi had a front row seat to the emergence of the AOL internet service – where websites were handcrafted with basic HTML. The world had to learn how to navigate from one weblink to another to find new content and information. Then came the 2k scare, the internet boom, the Google search engine. Nowadays it’s the ubiquity of Apple devices permanently attached to everyone’s hands and social media ingrained in everyone’s lives. 

The way technology has evolved and impacted our interpersonal relationships and workplaces has been both a blessing and a crutch, and Kiwi has continued to use the ever evolving technology to her advantage. 

She is most passionate about refining processes using new technology, striking the right balance between practicality and innovation to provide legal teams with faster and greater access to information—especially during litigation, when efficiency is needed most. 

Kiwi has had the opportunity to work in a variety of areas of law, such as immigration, personal injury, criminal defense, estate planning and family law. She has found the work to be extremely fulfilling, knowing that her contributions impact people’s lives. Litigation is hard, and Kiwi’s goal is to make that process smoother for everyone. 

Kiwi is currently living in Modesto with her family and many animals. In the spring, it is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for foraging edible plants; a ritual that she can now enjoy with her mom and son every year to make teas. 

When needing to unwind, Kiwi loves cooking experimental dishes and spending time with her favorite people and pets.
